Breathe in and breathe out....

Bejing Olympics Games 2008 opening ceremony was great and fantastic. Watching with my family last night at 8:00pm sharp. My expressions was just one word "Wah...WAh...WAHH!!" The performance was made up of thousand performers and 3D graphic technology effect. What I saw the most was people flying on the air showing the lighting effect. The firework was totally fabulous!!! Love it so much!!

I blog for a while before I go for my early sleep than my usual because tomorrow I am gonna wake up at 5 plus for this event....

Yoga class, I had been attending for 3 months. It's one of the best ways to keep your body and mind relaxing especially when you are in the stress level. Stretch your body muscles to make you more flexible. I found out that my lower body (my leg part) is more flexible. I don't know how to explain that in words because I cant find those words in my dictionary. Will pay more attention to my yoga instructor when he is leading the class. I will try to explain bit by bit next time ok?

One of the benefits that I realised is Yoga can improve menstruation problem. I always feel heavily and pain in stomach during my first day. And my recent period I did not feel so heavy anymore but slightly pain. I asked my instructor, William about that and he said it was because I am learning Yoga recently.


Ok, that's so great! I only do Yoga on wed and thur for 2 hours in class every week. It should be doing for 15mins Yoga everyday at home but I can't arrange my time to do it so I rely on my instructor. Hehe! Tomorrow my sister and I are heading to Empire beach side to enjoy Yoga beach therapy early in the morning!!! Sunday we usually wake up at 8 or 9am. Ok let's give our skin and body more FRESH AIR!
